Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pulp & Beans.

We do not provide for any return and/or refund only applicable for product that was incorrectly delivered or its packaging was damaged during transit.


To cancel the order which you have made, please notify us at least 24 hours before your delivery/pickup time via WhatsApp @ +6017-720 0874 or email [email protected] If your request is accepted, we’ll create the refund via credit voucher. There is no expiry date for the credit voucher and you can apply the voucher on your next purchase.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your orders, please inspect and ensure all your items are correct.
For any wrong, incomplete orders or the product is found damage, please notify us within 3 hours upon receiving your item(s). For defective products, such as products which have lost their original textures and/or appearances or products which contain non-edible elements, please inform us within one day upon receiving the item(s). 

Please provide us with the necessary proof of defect for us to investigate further. All items should be unconsumed and in its original state or partially consumed (in the state that such defect was discovered) for a refund or exchange of product, whichever Pulp + Beans, in its discretion, sees fit.

Any claims of defective items received by us after 1 day, will not be entertained.
