Q: Where do you deliver to and what is the delivery fee?
We offer delivery service to KL and Selangor Only. Delivery fee varies from RM10 – RM50 depending on the distance between Jam & Kaya Café to your delivery address located.
Self-pickup (FOC) is also available @ Pulp & Beans Retail (Between 11am – 6pm, Tuesday – Saturday ONLY). All the orders are currently arranged with our delivery partners LaLaMove ONLY.
The delivery fee will be calculated according to LaLaMove services and shown upon check out.
Q: Delivery Timing ?
All orders shall be processed and delivered to customers within 1-3 days. We only accept pre-order for at least 1 day in advance & delivery hours is between 9am – 6pm (Not applicable on Public Holidays arrangement).
Large orders or festive gift may require between 3-5 working days to be processed and delivered. Delivery date and time via our 3rd party delivery partners is based on availability. Therefore we may not be able to fulfil certain requests for deliveries to be sent on specific dates or times.
Q: Can I request for a specific delivery time?
For those who wish to request a specific delivery time, we seek your understanding to provide at least a 1-hour timeframe and upon our support team confirmed the delivery time. We apologise in advance if we are unable to deliver at a specific time due to traffic reasons and unforeseen circumstances.

Q: Can I change my delivery address/date/time for my order?
If you wish to change any details regarding of your orders, changes can only be made within 24 hours after an order is placed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to accept changes made to your order once we have made arrangement or picked up by the driver. We reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the delivery problem is due by the changes.
Q: What if the receiver is not present at the delivery time?
An additional fee will be charged for re-delivery if the receiver is not present at the time of delivery. However, we will contact the receiver once the order has already been picked up by the driver.
Q: Can I deliver to different areas at different times in one order?
Each delivery will be arrange by our delivery services separately and the charges will be charge accordingly from our pick-up location.
